Smartphones is the in-thing if the YoY growth rates for the second quarter of 2009 are anything to go by. Have a look at these staggering numbers for sale of these smartphones:

10.4% YoY growth rate

RIM:
20.9% market share
77%

Apple:
13.7% market share
626% YoY growth rate
