The mobile phones which are Wi-Fi enabled constitute only about 11.5%. But this is a gigantic leap from two years back when only 3.1% of the phones were Wi-Fi enabled. Here is how the numbers will stand to grow in the next few years (The information presented is as percentage of total number of mobile handsets)
