Political Web Ad Spending in 2008
Around $42.5 million (5 percent of the total Presidential Campaign Spending) shall be spent in 2008 on the Internet. Another $67.1 million shall be spent by political advertisers and public policy related campaigners on the internet.
The US Online ad spending is expected to grow by 24 percent in 2008 mainly owing to the Presidential election and Summer Olympics related campaigns.
