Broadband grew at a rate of 28.6 percent in September 2006. By March 2007, this growth rate had become 18.5 percent. For the six months ending September 2007, the growth rate was 14.4 percent. That is 829,300 subscribers. That is 19.6 people per 100 inhabitants.

Dialup
Half the growth in Broadband was due to dial up subscribers shifting to broadband. The six months ending September 2007 saw the number of subscribers fall by 8.6 percent to 675,800 subscribers. This is 15.9 people per 100 inhabitants.
