Growth of Gaming Industry in US
The American gaming industry growth rate was a prolific 34 percent to reach $1.33 billion for the month of February. This includes the sales of both the hardware and the software. Two of the gaming consoles manufacturers, Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox had such high demand in this period that they fell short of supply.
Hardware grew 19% to reach $480 million while the software sales grew 47% to reach $668.7 million
