Falling Populariy of Facebook and Social Networks in UK

The top 3 social networks in UK as per the latest count by Nielson are

1. Facebook
2. MySpace
3. Bebo

All three social networks experienced falling numbers in January 2008 compared to December 2007. While Bebo fell 2% to garner 4.1 million unique users, MySpace fell 5% and had 5 million unique users visit the site. However, Nielson’s study showed a dip in popularity for the first time in Facebook which also fell 5% to 8.5 million unique users. The site lost 400,000 unique users from UK in this period.
