Facebook has acquired Friendfeed and that’s known. Here are the details about the deal:

Value of Friendfeed : $50 million
Amount paid in cash : $15 million
Amount paid in stocks : $32.5 million

Friendfeed has an early investor in Benchmark Capital who put in $5 million and they are likely to take the cash.
