Online Advertising Growth in Canada
Online advertising is growing at a terrific pace in Canada and now constitutes 11% of all advertising revenue. Online advertising revenue has quadrupled in the past five years. Here are the advertising revenues in the past:
2007 : $1.241 billion
2008 : $1.6 billion (29% growth)
The online advertising revenues are projected to reach $1.75 billion by the end of 2009.
