Latest Share of Google in Total Search Engine Ad Market

From Q4 of 2006 to Q4 of 2007, Search Engine Marketers put an additional 29 percent into the search engine advertising market, and out of this 97 percent fell into Google.

Google’s market share in SEM increased by over 9 percent Quarter-on-Quarter  to 77 percent. On the other hand, Yahoo’s market share reduced from 24 percent to 18 percent in the same period.
